The new version of Realtyna Property Listing is now officially released. The new version 7 has gone through major structural enhancements. Some of these changes are so fundamental that updating from previous versions to version 7 requires manual migration process.

The new version 7 includes the following enhancements:

1. 1- Flexible Data Structure:

The data that the Property Wizard gathers at the time of adding properties was fixed in the previous versions. In the new version you can control (add/edit/delete) data fields of the property wizard and change their order, from the backend of RPL through the Flex Add-on. Flex add-on is available free of charge within the Realtor package.

1. 2- Searching Enhancements:
   1. a. Dynamic Search Fields:

The changes that are done to the Property Wizard through the Flex Add-on will be reflected directly to the backend of the Search Module. You are also able to enable/disable certain search fields and match it with your specific requirements. This feature is only available in the Realtor package.

1. 1. b. Ajax-based Search:

The search results will be displayed using the Ajax technology. Both ‘on-the-fly’ and ‘click-to-search’ options are available. The ajax search is only available in Realtor package.

1. 1. c. Google Map Search Add-on: Using different icons on the map for different listing types.

1. 1. 3- Multiple Currencies:
   2. a. The new RPL7 supports multiple currencies. The system allows you to update the conversion rates from time to time with Yahoo servers.
   3. b. Ability to set different currencies in the search module (available in Realtor package).
   4. c. Ability to set digit separators for the currencies.
   5. d. Website visitors would be able to select their preferred currency and all the prices will be converted to the selected currency.

1. 1. 4- New Property Management Panel

With the new GUI the management of the properties and performing mass actions on them is much faster and easier.

1. 1. 5- Flexible Location Database

The new location system in RPL includes 7 levels

of locations plus Zip Code. You can use the default location database of RPL (for each country) or you can utilize your own desired database.
