Not only is Realtyna RPL a great product , the back up support is the best I have ever worked with!
While on a recent trip visiting the USA my website hosts servers in Australia went down with no view of reactivation, thanks to the Realtyna technical support team I was able to get RPL installed on a more stable host, this enabled me to redevelop my website and get back online.

When Worldwide Holiday Locations Ltd decided to build one of the biggest and feature rich online holiday rental portals they knew they had to find a supplier who could match their ambitions.
Having already chosen Joomla! as our content management platform, we began to review off-the-shelf Realty products. We quickly realised that whereas there are a lot of Realty extensions available, many would not meet their core requirements.
These were;
- · To host in excess of 25,000 holiday rental properties.
- · To host multiple agents on the site and manage their accounts.
- · To host both rental and sales properties on a single portal.
- · To integrate XML data from agents.
- · To facilitate video, unlimited photographs, Google Maps, and Street View data.
After reviewing other products, WHL chose the RPL product suite. With an initial design produced, RPL quickly worked with WHL to integrate 11,000 agent properties via an XML data feed.
Within a year WHL Villas has grown to over 14,500 properties.

After using a free product for our estate agent website we decided we need a better, fully support product to take us forward, after looking around we decided on Realtyna RPL and can safely say we have not look back..
Installation was quick and easy with little configuration required to get it up and running and with some help from there design team they were able to customise my current template so it we were able to use it with their software,.
The product has loads of features and like previous posts I have read they do continually bring out updates to the software including new features at no extra cost, adding properties is quick and easy with their smart looking frontend property wizard which saves you having to logon to the backend to add properties.
But where this company stands out compare to the rest is the level of support it offers its customers, they truly do help and also listen to their customers.. even when there product does not have a feature that you need.. they will not just turn you away.. but will try and help you find a solution or even design that feature into the next version at no extra cost. what more could you ask for!
So if you have look for a Estate Agent Software look no further..

The Realtyna RPL is the most comprehensive Real Estate listing component available to Joomla developers. The support team is second to none as they make themselves available at all hours of the day or night - most impressive. Having access to someone who Cares to Help, is priceless.
We have been developing a website which uses the core component as basis for a very customized site which needed extreme willingness to be creative while attentive to the schedule of the project - very professional group - I would highly recommend for not just the list of extensions which are developed by this group but for custom development of other specialized modules etc...
Communication is excellent using their support ticketing system as well as occasional access via Skype chat was very important for us while communicating custom requests.

I'm working on a project which needs lots of customization. RPL is indeed a wonderful system as you could edit the template layout to suit your needs.
The problem with complicated joomla plugins is when you are stuck you got no one to turn to. BUT RPL proved me wrong! They do their best to answer all my questions and fast too!
The system is also always updated with new features. It just get better and better.
WEll DONE RPL!

This is a great group to work with!! Very courteous and fast.
The documentation on their website appears to be out of date (v4, using v5), however their support team are fantastic with excellent turnaround times. They even logged onto my server to assist with the installation and configuration. Using Realtyna I hope to break into a new niche market for these kinds of sites, and I have every confidence in the product. Well done.

we have been using this product quite for a while. We are completely impressed with their solutions for realestate markets. Though they are having a well professionally written documents for both front end and admin panel, we always raise a support ticket with them to address our questions (not issues), honestly their turn around time is less than 24 hours with clean answers.

This extension is everything you can ask for. It has a very good assortment of features you would expect and want.
I am in the U.S. PST, and when I submit a support ticket in the afternoon, I receive a response by the end of the day. I have not had to request a 'fix' because nothing has been broken. My support included CSS, some modifications I wanted to make to the code, and sales.
The support is responsive, timely and honest. They offer free installation.
The software has an automatic update feature that will save you time and energy. You can elect not to update.
I liked the product, the service and support so much that I bought their Multi-Site Admin component, which is a gem. Updates all of my remote Joomla site core files safely, securely and reliably.
I haven't found anything I don't like about this product.
If you are looking for a real estate solution I highly recommend you try this out. It comes with a money back guarantee.
On the other hand, I tried all, not some, but all of the other solutions and they just don't compare. You will spend more time trying to get them to operate correctly than it is worth. You will spend days trying to get support that doesn't exist. Trust me! Try this one out and become a convert!

I have been using the Realtyna system in Joomla for about 2 months now and I have all great things to say about this company. This extension is very impressive and comprehensible. The back-end management is continually being developed to offer unprecedented features for the front-end management.
I was looking for a Realty listing framework to start a quick turn-over property site with the potential for multiple agents, featured properties, hot offer, and several ways to categorize the listings. This has it all and then some. The database is very well organized and the amount of content for each listing is exceptional.
The support is phenomenal! Every time I had a question or needed support, they seemed to be online. Within hours I would get a response back! At one point they even offered to login and check the code on MY site.
The product is great, well worth the money, and the support makes this extension a 5 star for me.

The team at Realtyna offer some of the best support I have ever experienced with a software product. They reply very promptly, fix any problem on the same day and have even incorporated new features that I requested. They are very friendly, courteous and helpful.
The Realtyna Property Listing Software offers many more features than any other property listing software I looked at. It is able to be used for any application, from a large, international property website to a small, local rental property management site. It is quite flexible and allows you to customise many aspects of the property display.
All in all I think it is an excellent product that will meet the needs of any property application.

Well i was always looking for one nice lil smooth program for real estate, but i never found what i was looking for. The problem is everybody is thinking in open source, so that it is very regular that everybody also think ... "you dont have to pay"!
I was not sure for first, but i am optimist so i give a lil trust and pay for the produkt.
WHAT DID I GET...
a first class support and everythink what belongs to it and the programm. Them peoble are great and help like crazy, in good couple hours they take care of everthing and even during the job they take care of you over skype,
and even them lil extras you need , they also take care about this. Everythink works great my programm is perfeckt and its a user programm so everybody can work with, you see immediatly that software is made from profis!
I really dont think i pay to much or i have problem with this, becouse i already work with it during other peoble still trying out the open source for free.
Well sometimes free is not free time!
